Ray Bradbury Theatre - Poetic Mashups

I have been a big fan of Ray Bradbury since I was a child, and have always loved his philosophical take on life, and of course his incredibly unique, rolling style of narration. With it`s sudden imagery and stark possibility!

===
The First Mashup is from a story called "The Chicago Abyss" and I called it "Dangerous Memory."

Fave quotes from the show are:

1). "The things silly or not that people remember are the things that people will search for again."

2). "I just wanted people to think where we're going what we've done."

3). char1 says: "you were there, you saw, you did nothing?!" char2 says: "Fight one fool to save another?"

4). "You trying to make me feel bad? Don't you know the law? What would the police say? (then calls / yells for the) POLICE!!

===
The next Ray Bradbury Theatre story I sampled from is Called "Usher II," and it is a story about a future where the 'moral' police burn the past... but it is a story with a happy ending if you are a fan of Mr. Edgar Allan Poe? Hopefully this particular tonepoem captures the intent of the author?

My fave quote is where the main character says to the moral police: "There has always been a minority afraid of something, and a great majority afraid of the past, afraid of the future, afraid of themselves..."
